This section is a follow-up lesson to the scriptorium lesson in the Codicology section. Instead of just giving a basic lesson plan, I recorded a lesson given to the 8th grade class that inspired the lesson. This time, however, my supervisor let me know that the teacher wanted to follow up on the manuscript creation information to have students learn more about the actual writing in the manuscripts and how that developed. Most importantly, I believe, the students were highly interested in how medieval scripts influenced and perhaps evolved into the letters they know and use daily.
