Jessica

Jessica D. Gilbert Redman, MLIS, is the Online Resources & Services Librarian at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences Library, where she takes on the responsibilities of electronic resources (from acquisitions to licensing to accessibility), vendor communication, troubleshooting, library systems, and other online services for the library. She relies on data-driven processes and strong communication skills to ensure continued, streamlined access to databases, journals, and online library systems. She enjoys speaking about electronic resources and accessibility at conferences (or with anyone who is interested in reaching out to talk!) Jessica currently lives in North Dakota with her spouse and her Siamese cat, Ronan.
